Sunday, August 22nd, 2010I have two tattoos already, but I’m considering getting a cherry blossom around the front hip area. The problem is, I can’t seem to find any pictures that I like. I wouldn’t necessarily copy exactly from an internet picture, but not even ones that I’d like to base it on.
Does anybody have any pictures that they could recommend. I definitely don’t want anything like this:

It looks too…cartoon-ey. I want it to be really delicate, like an actual oriental painting, and feminine. No big branches like this:

Saturday, July 3rd, 2010Ok so I’ve already drawn my cherry blossom tree on the wall (It takes up about half the wall so it’s fairly big) And I’m planning on using black and brown for the tree part and red for the flowers
I’ve already painted the whole of the tree bit brown but I’m struggling on how to add the black to it, could you give me some idea’s?
like whether I should have a plain black line kind of shadow on the left side of the tree or try and blend it in with the brown?

Sunday, May 23rd, 2010so what i really need is a picture from the anime with the big cherry blossom. i want to paint a cherry blossom on one of my walls but i am kind of confused about the crust of the tree and the …top part(i have no idea how it’s called in english…sorry it’s not my first language) …so if anybody has a big picture of a manga cherry tree… cos i think it’s gonna make it easier for me to paint the top part(cos i’m really better at sketching than at painting ) ..so..please? i’ve posted another question in painting http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20080812015355AA0Arcm&r=w but i really don’t want stickers….it’s something i want to do myself…and if it won’t work out i’ll just paint over it…also if you happen to have.. i want to paint some ‘falling blossoms’ around the room too .. still anime-manga style ..you know but in various form of their falling how they twirl and stuff…but most important a big cherry blossom? ..anybody…?:)
